He is survived by: his mother Betty Jean Edwins Owens; his wife Gayra Davis Owens; his children, Tracy Lynn Owens (Jacqueline) and Tonya Mitchelle Owens of Orangeburg; his grandchildren, Ethan, Kennedy Owens, Reth and Kurt Abraham; and his siblings, Diane Owens of Branchville, Monty Owens (Sherrie) of Branchville and Todd Owens (Katie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
