He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Bozard Westbury; and his children, Rene' Sutherland (James), William Westbury (Beth), Donald Westbury (Beth), Stephen Bozard (Cindy) and Sherry Davis (Lee). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
