He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Shuler West; his sons, Robert D. "Bob" West (Robin) of Orangeburg, SC and Michael D. West (Beth) of Greer, SC; his grandchildren, Daniel West (Jesse), Jonathan West (Christina), Allison Bates (Dustin), Christopher West (Anna) and Elizabeth Grier (Hayward); and his great grandchildren, Kearsen, Jillian West, Carter, Cole, Clayton West, Noah, Levi and Eliza Bates.
