She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Griffis and Elma Griffis; her siblings, Leonard Griffis and Lillian Griffis Hagen; and her siblings-in-law, Jacqueline "Jackie" F. Ott and Thomas C. Ott.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth "Kenny" Sidney Ott; her caregiver Homer; her children, Curtis Sidney Ott, II (Kristi) and Amy Lillian Ott; and her grandchildren, Leah Ott Wilson (Brody), Maci Ott Jordan (Jason) and Wesley Sidney Ott (Ashton).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dukes-Harley Funeral Home (3379 Columbia Rd NE, Orangeburg, SC 29118). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wightman Methodist Church (7215 Charleston Hwy, Bowman, SC 29018).
