He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Alfred Weigert and Catherine Walker Weigert; and his sister Catherine Weigert Dunn. He is survived by: his sons, Michael T. Weigert (Cassie) and Brad T. Weigert; his girlfriend Jennifer Hurst; his sisters, Laura Calderara (Robert), Linda Tsatsaron and Donna Stad (Scott); and his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Derek, Nicholas, Danielle, Christina, Jessica and Bryanna. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
