He is survived by: his wife Minnie Lee Breaker; his brother Joe Lewis Breaker of Santee, SC; his children, Clay Breaker (Brenda) of District Heights, MD, Pearl Breaker of Bowman, SC, Melvin Breaker (Treva) of Temple Hills, MD and Linda Breaker Banks of Bowman, SC; his grandchildren, Daniel Rush, Jason Breaker (Chrissy), Curtis Carroll, Anthony Carroll (Lashawn), Angela Breaker, Tommy Banks, Tammi Banks-Johnson (Ayishia), Tomeka Banks, Sheree Breaker, Melvin Breaker Jr. and Travell Breaker; and his friend Charlene Breaker. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
