She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Perry Felder and Rilla Thompson Felder; and her siblings, Harold Q. Felder, Sr., Raymond Lee Felder and Dorothy Felder Arant.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald D. Rutland, Jr. (Sherry) of Orangeburg and Andrew M. Rutland of Orangeburg; and her grandchildren, Tripp Rutland (Kayla) of Prosperity, Josh Rutland (Kayla) of North, Drew Rutland (Alexandra) of Greer and Ashlyn Rutland of Chapin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to a charity of one's choice.
