Pleasant, James Jenkins of Arlington, VA and Thomas Jenkins of Hampton, VA; his brother-in-law Robert Smoak (Marie) of Bowman; his nieces, Renae Easterling (Mark) and Lori Williams (Kelly); and his nephew Ryan Smoak (Dayna).
