He is survived by: his children, Cindy Odell Patton (Jed) and Derek Odell (Barbara); his grandchildren, Corey Odell (Jennie) and Brittany Dillon (Nick); his great grandchildren, Eliana, Carlee and Lani; his sisters, Joyce Odell Haire Sowell and Sylvia Jean Ferrell; and his nephews, Alan, Ricky, Randy, Reggie and Kevin.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Goshen Cemetery (600 Woodlawn St, Belmont, NC 28012).
