He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cleavie Litchfield and Catherine Hinnant Litchfield; his wife Virginia Brown Litchfield; his children, Karen Guerry (David) of Macedonia, Kenneth Litchfield of Macedonia and Timothy Litchfield (Sandra) of Macedonia; his siblings, Lorine Just of Bonneau, Shelvia Jean Popecki of Bonneau and Alan Litchfield of Macedonia; and his grandchildren, Dylan Guerry (Haven), Kaylei Guerry, Landon Guerry, Jessica Litchfield and Zeke Litchfield. He was also cherished by three great grandchildren.
