He is survived by: his parents, Donald O'Nell Howard and Sandra Giggleman Mills; his wife Angie Jordan Howard; his stepparents, Deb Howard and Lester Mills; his children, Donald Chase Howard (Allison King), Jessica Paige Howard (Ricky Conner, Jr.) of St. Stephen, Kayla Louise Howard of Bonneau, Amanda Sheffield (Terik Nelson) of St. Stephen, Jordan Marie Caddell of Moncks Corner and Rebecca LeAnn Driggers (Jantzen Driggers) of Cordesville; his siblings, Peggy Owens (Jeff) of McClellanville, Ronald O'Neil Howard (Kimberly Paige) of Moncks Corner, Cody Jo Howard of Louisiana, Lester T. Mills (Laura) of Santee, Warren Mills Kelly and Randell Mills (Nelly) of Huger; his nephew Bridges Howard; and his pet Holly. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
