He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Patrick Cullen and Cecelia Ditch Ackerman; and his brother Thomas Patrick Cullen, II. He is survived by: his sister Tammy Collins (Anthony) of Conway; his former wife Wanda Cullen of Bonneau; his stepchildren, Richard Nelson (Cecelia) of Moncks Corner, David Nelson (Kristen) of Pawley's Island and Michelle Crippen (David) of Middleburg Florida; his nieces, Crystal Horton and Dana Todd; and his aunt Janice Donahue of Las Vegas.
