He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stephen Granville Chubb and Carolyn Garrett Chubb Sherwood; his daughters, Shelly Crim Barlow and Terri Christie Long; his wife Trudy Wade Chubb; his son Jeremy Scott Chubb of Macedonia; his brothers, James "Ricky" Chubb (Julie) of Cross and Chris Sherwood of Cross; his sister-in-law Judy Chubb of Cross; his grandchildren, Branden Long, Kenneth Long, Liz Barlow and Marie Barlow; and his great grandchildren, Isabella, Cameron, Stormy "Cloudy", Jaiddyn, Braiddyn and Braylee.
