She was predeceased by: her sons, Joseph Mazyck, Jr. and James Mazyck. She is survived by: her husband Deacon Joseph Mazyck, Sr; her children, Florence Butler (Arthur), Bobby Ravenell (Barbara), Leola Jenkins, Shirley Bryant (Larry), Joanne Nichols (Brant), Herman Mazyck (Stephanie), Patricia Grant (Wendell), Juanita Mazyck and Lynette Alston (Lamar); her daughter-in-law Lisa Freeman (Julius); and her siblings, Deacon Louis Nelson (Deaconess Virginia), Reverend Samuel Nelson (Gaynell) and Leroy Nelson (Nancy). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
