He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Melvin Rowe and Mildred Bullock Rowe; and his siblings, Henry A. Rowe, Dr. William Rowe, Harold Rowe, Donnie Rowe, Dorothy Wrightson and Katherine Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Young Rowe; his son Ken Rowe of Bonneau; his brothers, Ricky Rowe (Roberta) of Georgetown and Dennis Rowe (Lorraine) of Murrells Inlet; and his sisters-in-law, Virginia Rowe of Chattanooga, TN and Ann Rowe of Smyrna, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
