We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2023, at the age of 82, Betty Morris Latta of Bonneau, South Carolina, born in Hemingway, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Essie Altman Morris and Habert Morris; and her siblings, Willie Mae Morris Owens, Francis Morris Tanner and Grady Morris.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Latta; her sons, Matthew Latta and Lawrence "Trey" Latta (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Jessica Latta (Nick Burlile), Franklin Latta and Cameron Latta; and her siblings, Cheryl Morris Scott (Jack) and Barry Morris (Phyllis).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
