He was predeceased by: his parents, Matias Navarro Rivas and Victoria Antonia Jimenez; and his brothers, Edison Navarro, Luis Navarro and Victor Cabrera.

He is survived by: his wife Argentina Cordero Navarro; his children, Kelvin Navarro Gonzalez (Mandy), Maria Lorio (Paul) and Ramon Navarro (Heather); his grandchildren, Alexis Gonzalez, Fallon Gonzalez, Makaylin Navarro and Joseph Lorio; and his brothers, Nicolas Navarro (Nancy), Nelson Navarro (Marisela) and Wilson Navarro (Sarah).
