He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl McDonald and Charlene McDonald; and his sister Julie Ann McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Joan McDonald; and his children, Melissa McDonald of Dallas Texas, Grant McDonald of Canton Georgia and Michael McDonald of Carson City, NV.
