He is survived by: his wife Peggy Bridges; his children, Richard Myers (Mary), Kathryn Salerno (David), Michael Bridges (April) and Melanie Bridges; his grandchildren, Chris Myers (Mandy), Jacob Myers (Ashley), Nick Myers, Paul Zain (E. J.), Mackenzie and Ashlyn Salerno; and his siblings, Martha Strickland, Peggy Moses, Hugh Bridges (Karen), Russell Bridges, Donald Bridges (Faye) and Earl Bridges (Linda). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
