She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Robert and Emma Dorothy Marsh Blume; her spouse Sherrod Earl Shealy; her son Larry Gene Shealy; her granddaughter Karla Marie Shealy; and her brothers, Richard Henry Blume and Paul Leroy Blume.

She is survived by: her sons, Sherrod E. Shealy, Jr. (Christine) of Hampton Roads, VA and Frank Edward Shealy (Valerie) of Blythewood; her daughter-in-law Patricia Marilyn Shealy of Summerville, SC; and her sister Sally Russell of Blythewood. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

Though Eula loved flowers, she asked that memorials be made to the Deacon's Ministry of Sandy Level.
