He is survived by: his father John Stewart Hall; his stepson James Garrett Hall (Kimberly); his stepgrandson James Brooks Hall; his sister Cheryl Hall Henegar (Chuck); his nephew Keith Henegar; his sister-in-law Lisa Brooks; and his close friend Kelly Flowers.
