He is survived by: his wife Wendy Burbank; his daughters, Kimberly Burbank of Gilford, NH and Marcy Callahan (Robert) of Gilford, NH; his sister Beverly Cheek (Anthony) of West Newbury, MA; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Callahan of Gilford, NH and Jason Callahan of Gilford, NH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
