He was predeceased by: his parents, William Siereveld and Helen Zwick Siereveld; and his sister Marian Murphy (John) of Huntington, WV.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Siereveld (Weinewuth Kreutzer); and his stepchildren, Mary, Patricia Newberry (Larry Porter) of Cincinnati, OH, Joyce Ming (David) of Lawrenceburg, IN, Marie Greer (Todd) of Summerfield, FL, Thomas Kreutzer (Linda) of Bluffton, SC and Stephen Kreutzer (Mary) of Fort Thomas, KY.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
