He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Pinckney; and his brothers, Tommy Pinckney and Charles Pinckney. He is survived by: his children, Helene Maria Pinckney, William W. Pinckney, Jr, Nancy White (John), Teresa Burke, Kristan Neal and Melissa Neal; his sisters, Judy Altman and Mary Pinckney Chancy; his grandchildren, Brandon Oelgoetz, Jordan Oelgoetz, Rachel Langford, Roman Burke, Chloe Burke, Aubrey Neal, Kieran Chong and Reid Davis; and his great grandchild Phoenix James Oelgoetz.
