He is survived by: his girlfriend Patricia Damato; his children, Matthew Lee (Ann) and Whitney Ives (Larry); his grandchildren, Samantha, Alexandra, Billy, Allyssa and Nick; and his brothers, Wesley Lee and David Lee (Linda). He is also survived by his family and friends.
