He is survived by: his wife Virginia Howard; his sisters, Lucille Peters and Helen Hogg; his children, Virgil Harris, Debra Lillback and Kirk Howard; his stepson Mark Walker; his grandchildren, Jennifer Swanson, Matthew Harris, Priscilla Edwards, Cara Beth Lillback, Ashley Howard and Amy Howard; and his stepgrandchildren, Alicia Ragoobar and Alex Walker.
