She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Spaulding and Regina E. Bess; her son Jason Hoskins; and her sister Lisa Mae Spaulding Wilson. She is survived by: her children, Brad McIntosh (Alisha) and Kristen McIntosh (Justin Horinko); her siblings, Warren Spaulding (Lisa) and Tracy Brown (Mark); her grandchildren, Hanna Hoskins and Derek McIntosh; and her great grandchild Gabriel.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Vicki can be made to Hospice Care of the Lowcountry, who took loving care of her in her final days.
