He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Katheryn Schaeffer Phillips and Thomas Allen Phillips, Sr.; his significant other Lori Kriwanek; his former wives, Jackie Phillips and Sherri Winter; his siblings, Mary Elinor Cubbage and Burns Phillips; his son Charles F. "Rick" Phillips (Maureen); his grandchildren, Katheryn "Katie" Hartley (Justin), Kelly B. Phillips and Colleen Manzi (Chris); his great grandchildren, Poppy, Eleanor, Annabelle Hartley, Charlie Manzi, Colleen Phillips, Kelly Ryan Phillips and Thomas Allen Phillips, IV; and also Thomas A Phillips, III. He was also cherished by two daughters, their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
