It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Susan Mantuano of Bluffton, South Carolina, born in Kenosha, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 1, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard "Ben" and Caroline Makarewicz (Petrin); her granddaughter Ashley Susan Paskiewicz; and her siblings, Kajetan Makarewicz and Bruce Makar (Jeane).
She is survived by: her husband Alfred G. Mantuano; her daughters, Heather Hoffman and Dr. Christin Runkel (Benjamin); her grandchildren, Brianna Paskiewicz of Hilton Head, SC, Cole Runkel and Jackson Runkel; and her sister Sharon Mormon (Robert).
