He is survived by: his parent Thomas Joseph Welch; his wife Candi Welch; his children, Doreen Brynga of Thompson, CT, Jennifer Lackey of Purcellville, VA and Michael Welch of Southington, CT; his siblings, Daniel Welch of Southington, CT and Maureen Hunter of Winchester, MA; his grandchildren, Brynn Lackey, Eryn Lackey, Logan Lackey, Samantha Welch, Tyler Welch, Meghan Barton and Halley Barton; and his great grandchild Ezra Jones. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
