He was predeceased by: his parents, William Chism and Pauline Chism. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Chism; his daughter Carol Branch (Austin); his grandchildren, Jarrod Branch (Hillary), Ryan Branch (Mackenzie) and Meagan Branch; his great grandchildren, Collins and JJ; and his sister Carma Rhodes (Pat). He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
