With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Karl Wichmann of Bluffton, South Carolina, born in Fulton, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 1, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Wichmann and Dorothy Wichmann; his siblings, Janice Mitchell and Steve Wichmann; and his daughter-in-law Annette Wichmann.
He is survived by: his wife Lib; his grandchildren, Brad Wichmann (Kamie), Michele Bratcher, Jacquie Cunningham, Ian Cunningham (Ije), Lauren Krug and Kate Krug; and his great great grandchildren, Emma Bratcher, Tessa Wichmann, Kessa Hill, Nathan Bratcher and Kaedon Hill.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Bob's memory to the Bluffton United Methodist Church, 101 Calhoun St. Bluffton, SC 29910.
