He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Amick Sikes; his parents, Edgar Orbin Sikes and Mary Frances Crawford Sikes; his children, Robert Clay, Jr. (Penny), Keith Michael (Amanda), Christopher Neil (Brittony), Michael R. Nevitt (Jamie) and Carey Nevitt Hands (James); and his grandchildren, Zoey, Cora, Michael, Conor, Will and Lily.
