He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Clinton Leisinger Sr. and Bertha Catherine Kendall Leisinger; and his sister Connie Orndorff. He is survived by: his wife Diane Leisinger; his daughters, Kristin Shawn Hawker (Randy) of Hagerstown, MD and Kelli Ann Black (Jay) of Smithsburg, MD; his granddaughters, Colleen Rowland (Casey), Brianna Black and Alaina Black; his great grandchild Lila Jane Rowland; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Sophia Topper and Leo Topper; his brother Sterling Leisinger (Donna) of Hagerstown, MD; and his uncle William Kendall (Tine) of Mont Alto, PA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to a veterans organization of one's choosing.
