It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Jerome Claus of Bluffton, South Carolina, who passed away on January 29, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Claus and Dolores Claus (Kiesel); and his brother Andrew Claus. He is survived by: his wife Linda Claus (McCabe); his children, Richard A. Claus (Charissa Radino) and Laura Claus; his grandson Gavin Viera; his brothers, Robert Claus (late Joanne Franzese), Kenneth Claus (late Barbara Wolfred), Steven Claus (Christine Lechner) and Kevin Claus (Joseph Milizio); and his sisters-in-law, Eileen Geller (McCabe), Laura (McCabe), Mener (Robert), Patricia Kacinski (McCabe) and Barbara McCabe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends and neighbors.
