He is survived by: his friend Guisella Barboza; his daughter Stacy Washington of Decatur, GA; his niece Elizabeth Perry-Saunders of Newark, DE; his nephews, Nathaniel Goldman, Jr. and Christian Goldman of Philadelphia, PA; and his sister-in-law Vernet Spence Brown.
