She is survived by: her husband James Chapman of Canfield, OH; her son Christopher; her daughter-in-law Rhonda; her daughters, Piper and Tenley; her brother Dwight of Hillsborough, NJ; and her son Chris (Rhonda) of Shaker Heights, OH. She is also survived by several nephews and cousins.
