She was predeceased by: her parent Ana Castro Calvo; her sister Julia Smith; and her brother-in-law Gerald Smith. She is survived by: her parent Vincente Perez Calvo; her husband John C. "Jack" De; her daughters, Colleen Berliner and Jessica De Jong; her sister Juanita Calvo Dueñas; and her grandsons, Jonathan and Nicholas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
