He is survived by: his spouse Karon Smith (Hancock); his brother Fredrick "Ted" Smith (Linda); his son Matthew Smith (Laura); and his grandsons, Atticus Smith and Waylon Smith. He is also survived by father and husband who set an example for his son and grandsons.
