She is survived by: her children, Neil Schurgot (Melanie) and Pamela Schurgot; her grandchildren, Kristen Recupero (Joseph, Jr.), Kevin Schurgot (Dana), Breanna Weiss (Ryan), Jennifer Torres-Mayo (Zachary) and Marisa Torres; her great grandchildren, Carolina Mayo, Penelope Mayo, Calvin Mayo, Joseph Recupero, III, Elliana Recupero, Sophia Recupero and Skye Weiss; and her nieces, Karen Bekery (Patrick, Sr.) and Linda Wittmer (late Robert).
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Drexel University College of Nursing and Health Professions.
