He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene and Jean; his former wife Loris Belle Rissman; his children, Arden Lynn Levy, MD (Mark Lurey) of Spartanburg, SC, Andrea Hilary Levy, MD of Madison, WI, James Michael Levy and JD (Denise); his siblings, Jerry and Beverly; his brother-in-law Al Taylor of Bluffton; his stepson William (Joyce); and his stepgrandchildren, Sydney, Michael of Dallas, TX and Poppy.
