She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Edward Owens Jr.; and her daughter Norma Diane Owens. She is survived by: her children, Charles Edward Owens III (Rebecca) and Margaret Owens Rogers; and her grandchildren, Christopher Caraway Rogers (Nina), Charles Edward Owens IV (Margaret) and Rebecca Owens Hamilton (James). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
