She was predeceased by: her parents, Hildegarde McDonald and Malcolm McDonald. She is survived by: her family, Madeline and Tom; her husband Tom; her children, Eileen, Suzanne, Tara and Sean; her children-in-law, Jesy, Josh, Daniel and Jeanine; her grandchildren, Colin, Amalie, Brendan, Kathleen, Ryan, Lucas, John, Malcolm, Michael, Cole, Madeline, Julia and Tobias; and her sister MaryAnn Madigan (Dennis).
In lieu of flowers, the Collins family asks that donations be made to the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, Utah.
