David) of Collins, GA; his brother Albert Beach of Bluffton; and his grandchildren, John Steve Waters, III, Chelci Avant, Dixie Marie Jarriel, Rachel Lynn Jarriel, Emily Elizabeth Jarriel and Sara Graycn Propst.
