We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2020, at the age of 90, Lloyd Billard (Bluffton, South Carolina), born in Spring Valley, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son William Dean Billard. He is survived by: his wife Betty Katherine Cook Billard; his daughter-in-law Pamela Fandrich Billard; his son Robert (Bridget); his granddaughter Nancy (Brad Duncan); his great grandchildren, Mary Patricia, Madeline and Ford; his grandson William D. Billard II (Jill); his great grandchildren, Hawley and Margaret; his grandsons, Patrick Billard and Captain Robert Billard; his great grandchild Asuka; his grandson Christopher Billard (Beau); and also, Bill, Georgia Tech and Jack. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and friends.
