He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kuhn and Bernadine Kuhn; his wife Judith Kuhn; his brother Michael Kuhn (Karen); and his granddaughter Kelly Renae Swift.
He is survived by: his brother John Kuhn (Bonnie); and his children, Steve Kuhn, Vicki Ratzel (Jeff), Kathy Livingston (Steve) and Heather Gerwitz (Joe). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
