It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lanette Carolyn Stair of Bluffton, South Carolina, who passed away on July 14, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Caleb Cowart and Inez Cowart of Savannah, GA.; her husband Paul L. Stair; her children, Laura Grayson (Billy) of Awendaw, SC, Jim Hudson (Donna) of Bluffton, SC, Craig Hudson of Atlanta, GA and Carol Rabel (Chip) of Simpsonville, SC.; her brother Farris; and her sister-in-law Jackie Cowart of Skidaway Island, GA.. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 1 great grandson and 4 great step grandchildren.
