He was predeceased by: his wife Jan. He is survived by: his children, Kristin and Jason (Jennifer); his granddaughters, Mckenzie and Jordan; and his great grandchildren, Elijah and Aria.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Keith's name to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
