She is survived by: her husband James Kovalik; her children, Kelly Kovalik Ferguson and Eric Kovalik (Melissa); her grandchildren, Andrew, Emma Ferguson, Benjamin and Hudson Kovalik; and her sisters, Gayle Mayer (Francis) and Mary Jo Weber (Joe).
