He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis; his brother Jerry; his children, Stephen, Stuart (Wendy) and Terri Davis; his grandchildren, Michael Pinholster (Amanda), Melanie Williams (Chad), Melissa Bradley (Trey), Meleah Tate (Dustin) and Marlena Olson; and his great grandchildren, Donald, Emma Stubbs, Jaxson, Paitlyn, Judah Bradley, Makynzie, Skyla and Noah Tate. He is also survived by his mother, father.
